I hope you’re hungry and feeling a little adventurous. I’ve prepared some recipes and information that should really satisfy you.
Many of these recipes have been created for people with multiple food allergies or sensitivities/intolerances. For some, eating allergens can be life threatening, and for others continually eating foods you are sensitive to or intolerant to can be rather insidious and lead to a long slow decline in one’s health. Whilst this might not be life threatening it is lifestyle threatening as you become affected over time and continually feel ‘unwell’.
The biggest problem with food allergies is that you always feel like you are missing out. Well not any more. I have read, researched, tried and tested in the kitchen long and hard so we (food allergy suffers and our taste buds) can enjoy our food and our lives.
Some of these recipes just seemed obvious and others were a bit more trial and error. My family don’t seem to have the same food issues as me, but as is with most food and to most people; taste is a very high priority and presentation a close second.
I have attached links to other sites that provide many of the non allergenic ingredients I have used in the recipes. I have also made recommendations for some products that will really make life a lot easier.
