
Lee's Quick and Easy Hommus

This dip is the scene stealer at any function. It is a favourite among all my friends and once people find out you make your own it will be a prerequisite of your attendance. So from now on you will have to be early because you are supplying the dip. Oh and once you realise how quick, easy and inexpensive it is to make your own organic dip you will never buy dip again.
Serves one or many (you decide)
Ingredients
400g tin organic chickpeas
1 dessertspoon organic tahini
Juice of one very juicy lemon
1/4 teaspoon Celtic salt
1 clove garlic
Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend into a smooth paste. If you like your dip a little runnier, just add a small amount of filtered water.
Enjoy with your favourite crackers or chopped raw vegetables.
