
Black Olive Tapenade

Makes 1 cup Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup of black olives pitted or sliced and pitted
2 cloves of fresh organic garlic
2 anchovies
1 heaped tablespoon of capers
Juice of half a lemon
Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until small uniform pieces or process longer for a smoother consistency. Serve as a side dish, dip or use as a tasty sauce in pasta.
