
Sweet Potato Chips with Black Salt

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking time 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 small sweet potato
Black salt or Pink salt
Method
In a fry pan place the olive oil and put on a medium heat. Meanwhile peel the sweet potato and cut in half. Next peel slices off the sweet potato until you have used up the whole sweet potato. Place the peeled slices of sweet potato in the fry pan and turn down the heat.
Allow the sweet potato chips to cook until brown; approximately 15 minutes. Once all of the sweet potato pieces are brown remove from heat and pile high on a plate.
Sprinkle with black salt and enjoy as an afternoon or pre dinner snack.
