Ok. You've got me. I have a sweet tooth. I always have had. If you are like me your sweet tooth has got you into some trouble.
Sometimes a piece of fresh fruit or fresh dates will satisfy and other times more drastic measures are needed. Enter Me or No Milk No Wheat No Sugar; no cane sugar that is. - the allergy free way to have your cake and eat it.
After loads of research I have discovered the glycaemically correct organic coconut sugar. Looks a bit like brown sugar and taste a little like toffee but adds sensational flavour to your sweet foods. Tastes naughty but is amazingly good for you.
I would love to say that I will kick my sweet tooth habit to the said 'kerb' but since discovering organic coconut sugar and fresh dates I don't have to and neither do you. I will continue my love affair with the wonderful health giving, incredibly good for you, scrumptious tasting coconut sugar and the delightfully caramel tasting fresh dates, and continue to bring you allergy free sweet treat recipes. There is no shortage of willing taste testers on my end of the keyboard and there are endless recipes that require healthy, allergy free conversion.
Oh, and the best thing about these allergy free recipes is that they all require minimum effort and provide maximum taste sensation, so now there is no excuse not to try them or to wow your family, yourself and your visitors. Don't say a word and just serve it up, you'll be delighted with the response. I know I have been.
